Raghu N Hubballi, has born on 25th of July 1984 with affected Polio in his childhood. He resident from shivajinagar, Ilkal Taluk of Bagalkot District. Father name is Narasingasa and mother name is Dharma Bai. His father is a weaver and mother is homemaker who was been affected leprosy and non-availability of treatment during those days made her physically challenged. Being a 3rd child of the family, the low economic status pushed Raghu N Hubballi to earn at the age of 7 and which kept him away from his schooling. The survival of the family was challenge, so he started beg with the people and supported his family till the age of 18 years. His wish of schooling made him to go to night schools with the support of his grandmother and studied till 7th standard at Ilkal. He identified himself as a leader in his primary school, therefore his teachers supported and motivated for his studies. Once after the completion of his primary education he started working for the group of disability and brought them together informally. His active involvement not allowed him to accomplish his SSLC so he discontinued and later appeared for SSLC exam directly. Now he is a graduate in social work (Bachelor of Social Work) Kalidasa School of social work, Badami.

On 12th May 2004, he initiated “Ashadeepa Angavikalara Sarva Abhiwruddi Seva Samsthe” by enrolling 44 persons with disability. He strived for PWDs (Persons with Disability) empowerment and fight for their rights for various issues. Over the period, he understood the need of computer education among PWDs and with the support from Infosys he got 15 computers and supports 130 PWDs to get computer literacy. He also initiated “Mahila Santwana Sahaya Vani” for Women of Hungund Taluk of Bagalkot District. His eminent work had been identified and in memorable day of World Disabilities Day celebration our honourable president Mr Raghu N Hubblli received State Award from Govt. of Karnataka on– 3rd Dec 2016 Awarded by Ms.Umashree Minister Women and Child Development Department, Bangalore. He also Honored with awards from Vijaya Mahantesh Mutt, JCI Silk city and Karnataka Rajyotsava Award (taluka level)

Shri Vijaya Mahantesh Mutt and JCI Silk city. He owned Gold Medal for his achievement in tricycle race during the occasion of District Sports at Mandya District.
